According to a post by Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, the testimonies of these beneficiaries about the changes in their lives after receiving assistance from this government project are truly heartening.

"With the help of complementing City programs such as scholarships, skills trainings--those who used to live in shanties now have their own houses, some even with a second floor! Those who previously had nothing now have their own small businesses. And more than financial aid, the program has given them dignity," according to the mayor of Taguig.

Cayetano praised the hard work, dedication, and seriousness of the 4Ps beneficiaries in seizing their opportunities. She ensured that although the program has ended for these beneficiaries, monitoring of the graduated beneficiaries will continue as part of their "aftercare program."

The 4Ps is a conditional cash transfer program in the country that provides financial assistance to impoverished families.

Its aim is to alleviate poverty by investing in the health and education of children and pregnant women.

Assistance provided under the 4Ps received every two months include the following:
Health Grant: ₱750 per family
Education Grant: ₱300 per month for elementary students, ₱500 per month for junior high school students, and ₱700 per month for senior high school students
Rice Subsidy: ₱600 per month for a family.

The program lasts until the monitored child turns 19 years old, graduates from high school, or the family has been in the program for 7 years.

In the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA), the 4Ps program was allocated ₱106.335 billion with the intent to assist 4.4 million families, led by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
