Two hundred eighty-two fur babies and their fur parents participated in the Paw Run 2024 event at Arca South, Barangay Western Bicutan last October 5, 2024.

The pets of Taguig residents covered a distance of one kilometer in the run, with Panda, the pet dog of Jeric Moses Macaraeg, emerging victorious.

Aside from the run featuring fur babies and fur parents, the Office of the City Veterinary of Taguig City also offered free services such as anti-rabies vaccinations and micro-chipping. The event was held to celebrate World Rabies Day.
In addition, 25 dogs and cats were given the opportunity to find their forever homes through adoption at the event.
The fur parents expressed their delight with the activity organized by the City Government of Taguig that not only brought joy but also provided free services for their pets.
Meanwhile, from October 7 to 11, 2024, staff from the Office of the City Veterinary will be going house-to-house in Barangay Central Signal for free anti-rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats.
