More than 11 fire brigades responded to the fire, which started around 9:45 PM and was declared extinguished by approximately 11:00 PM.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection in Taguig City, the fire originated in a room on the second floor of a house there. The possible cause of the fire, which destroyed thousands worth of property, is still under investigation.
Officials from Barangay Bagumbayan say they are currently tending to those affected by the fire and providing necessary support.
