Typhoon Nika, classified as a typhoon category, is currently descending between Isabela and Aurora, according to the latest report from the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) as of 7:00 am, November 11, 2024.

The storm's center is located in the sea of Dilasag, Aurora (16.4°N, 122.5°E) and it is carrying maximum winds of up to 130 kilometers per hour near the center, with gusts reaching up to 180 kilometers per hour and a central pressure of 965 hPa.
The typhoon is moving at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour towards the west-northwest. The breadth of its wind is 340 kilometers from the center.
