A new mixed-use development will be established in Taguig City through the joint effort of a private corporation and the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).

To be called the Bonifacio Capital District, the project is an initiative of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and the BCDA, and will feature residential, commercial, office buildings, as well as hotels and leisure areas.

The 61,761 square meter land is located near Lawton Avenue, Chino Roces Extension and South Luzon Expressway in Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

It is adjacent to the New Senate Building currently under construction on Chino Roces Extension, Barangay Fort Bonifacio. It is also near the Lawton station of the Metro Manila Subway Project by the Department of Transportation.

Additionally, a major infrastructure project for transportation will be developed in an area called the Bonifacio South Main Boulevard.
