Those wishing to travel directly from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) to the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) will soon be able to do so via DLTB buses on this route starting August 19, 2024.

For P165, passengers can travel directly between the two UP campuses, a route that will traverse the Metro Manila Skyway and exit at Quezon Avenue in Quezon City.

Currently, the travel schedule for this route is limited to Mondays through Fridays. The bus has two trips from UPLB at 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM from the West Road loading bay in front of the CDC. From UPD to UPLB, the trips are at 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with the pickup point at the corner of Lakandula Extension and Jacinto Street.
