The Home Health program is a free health service for patients who are no longer able to get out of bed. This service is available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless it is a holiday.

Taguig City's health centers are also open to residents of the EMBO area whose yellow health cards have expired and whose local health centers have been closed due to a directive from Makati City because they are no longer within its jurisdiction.
However, Makati is now offering residents of the EMBO barangays free consultations in Makati's health centers in District 1 and in the remaining areas under its jurisdiction in District 2. These services are available every Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
They also have a primary care center in Palanan that is open 24/7, which can also be visited by residents of the EMBO area.

Previously, the city government of Taguig protested the closure of health centers and lying-in clinics in the EMBO barangays by Makati, arguing that the issue at hand is not ownership, but the safety and health of the residents of EMBO.
The affected EMBO barangays currently facing the jurisdictional transfer issue include Cembo, Comembo, East Rembo, Pembo, Pitogo, Post Proper Northside, Post Proper Southside, Rizal, South Cembo, and West Rembo.
