A twenty percent discount will be given to those who pay their real property taxes early or on the exact date of December 28, 2024.

According to the City Government of Taguig, payments can be made at the Taguig City Hall Auditorium, located in the Main Building on General Luna, Barangay Tuktukan, Taguig City.
Likewise, payments may be made at the SM Aura satellite office of the City Government, located on the 9th floor of the AM Aura Tower, McKinley Parkway, Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The payment centers are open from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on Sundays and official holidays.
It is required that the latest receipt of real property tax payment and a copy of the latest Tax Declaration be brought.
If the aforementioned requirements cannot be presented, one may go to the City Assessor's window to get a copy of the Tax Declaration.
The Notice of Assessment will be taken and shown to the cashier for payment.
Payments can be made via cash, credit or debit card, Manager's Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the order of the Taguig City Treasurer.
Other payment channels may also be used.
Taguig City has been recognized for their excellence in managing business and real property taxes.
Taguig won third place in local source revenue collections for years 2022 and 2023, awarded by the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) at their 37th Anniversary Stakeholders' Recognition.
They ranked fourth in annual growth of local source revenue, fourth in the ratio of "local source revenue to total current operating income," and fifth in the "ratio of local source revenue to total current operating income."
In 2023, Taguig ranked third among the highest earning local government units, earning P13.54 billion in taxes.
