According to a post by Cherryque Christine Sioson on Facebook, she stated their motorcade, which ended in a prayer vigil, was voluntary and non-political. She emphasized that no one ordered them to do this. The activity was an initiative of the people, and no one paid them to join the motorcade.
The motorcade started at Gate 1 of Lawton Avenue. It went around the EMBO barangays. A prayer vigil was also held at the Maya Street Chapel in Barangay Rizal at four o'clock in the afternoon.
Meanwhile, some residents stood by the roadside with cardboard signs and manila paper expressing their love for Makati City.
According to some who joined the rally, they remain loyal to Makati City despite the Supreme Court's decision that the Embo barangays, including Fort Bonifacio, are rightfully owned by Taguig and not Makati City.
