The personnel from Substation 2 of the Taguig Central Police Station were conducting an operation against crime under Oplan Galugad when they encountered 25-year-old Jerico Corus, who seemed frightened and unsettled.
Upon investigation, they found a .38 caliber pistol and four bullets on Corus.
Corus failed to present any documents proving that his firearm was licensed.
The factory worker will be charged with violating Republic Act 10591, or Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition.
