A procession for Saint Joseph was carried out by the residents of Barangay Upper Bicutan on Monday, March 19, 2024, marking the Feast Day of Saint Joseph.

A Caracol Street Dancing Competition was also held on Sunday, March 18, featuring dancers from Barangay Central and Upper Bicutan.

The Amazing Staff Movers emerged as the champions of the said dance competition, followed by the 1st Runner Up, Couples for Christ, and the 2nd Runner Up, Zumba Warriors.

Among those who attended the celebrations were Rev. Fr. Errol Fidel Mananquil, the parish priest of Saint Joseph Parish, Barangay Upper Bicutan Captain Francis Sunga, and members of the barangay council, as well as SK Chairman Cris Ivan Guzman and his council.

Saint Joseph is the husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the legal father of Jesus. March 19 has been designated as his feast day by the Roman Catholic Church since 1479.

Saint Joseph is also known as the Patron of the Universal Church, a title given to him by Pope Pius IX. His feast day is also referred to as The Solemnity of Saint Joseph.

Saint Joseph's Feast is also celebrated on May 1, known as the Feast of Saint Joseph the Worker, designated by Pope Pius XII, coinciding with the celebration of International Workers' Day.
