The Christmas season has officially begun in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, following the public unveiling of its Christmas installations last November 7, 2024.

Spread around BGC are 15 large installations, with the main attraction being a 45-foot-tall Christmas tree located on 7th Avenue, featuring large teddy bears.

At the foot of the Christmas tree, there is an igloo where visitors can take photos inside the reflective room filled with lights.

Singer and actor James Reid led the unveiling of the giant Christmas tree in BGC, alongside Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano and Alfie Reyes, COO of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation.

Cayetano and Reyes also took a ride on the High Street Express Train that circles Bonifacio High Street Central.

"It was wonderful to see Taguigueños come together to celebrate and get a sneak peek of what's in store for the upcoming New Year's Eve festivities. Let's spread love and joy this season," Cayetano posted on her social media page.

There are also "Magic at the 5th" integrated displays on 5th Avenue that will add sparkle to the holiday season.

In the upcoming Saturdays of 2024, there will be a fireworks display called "Sparks in the Sky" on 5th Avenue.

Other exciting events to watch out for are the Passionfest Holiday Parade on December 1 on 5th Avenue, the Pet Huddle on 5th Avenue on December 7 and 8, the return of Jameson Distillery on Tour from November 15 to December 8 at the Bonifacio High Street Activity Center, and Santa Meet and Greet every Sunday of December at One Bonifacio High Street.

The Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater will also host a few events such as the Mercado de Navidad 2024 on November 30 and December 1, Simbang Gabi every night at 6:30 from December 15 to 23, and the anticipated Christmas Mass on Christmas Eve at 6:30 in the evening.
