The K-pop girl group Red Velvet, composed of Irene, Seulgi, and Wendy, will be performing at 5th Avenue on Bonifacio High Street on December 31, 2023.
Ely Buendia, from the famous band Eraserheads, will be leading the OPM artists set to perform.
Along with Buendia in the New Year's Eve countdown at BGC will be Zack Tabuldo, KZ Tandingan, and Adie.
There will be two 3D LED screens for viewing the performances if unable to get close to the stage, and there are various sights to see around BGC, including restaurants that will remain open until 1 am on January 1, 2024.
The performances will conclude with a grand pyromusical display at the stroke of midnight, welcoming the New Year.
Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano assured that the New Year's Eve countdown at BGC will surely bring added joy to attendees.
"BGC Taguig's New Year celebration embodies the spirit of our city - diverse, vibrant, and thriving. We are thrilled to welcome Taguigeños and visitors alike in this iconic celebration that brings together renowned artists from the OPM and K-Pop worlds," Cayetano stated.
