The BI-Fugitive Search Unit (FSU) arrested Shalabi Nidal Mohd Suleiman, 53 years old, in Lupon, Davao Oriental City on November 26, 2024. Suleiman was not only wanted for his theft case in Dubai, but he had also overstayed his residence in the Philippines.
It was discovered that Suleiman allegedly stole funds exceeding 110,000 Euros and 200,000 AED from his former employer.
The Jordanian national is set for deportation out of the country and has also been blacklisted by the BI.
