Here are the requirements for new voter registration, according to the Commission on Elections - Taguig.
Photocopy any of the following valid Government-issued IDs or School IDs from this list:
○ National ID
○ Phil.Health
○ PAG-IBIG ID
○ NBI Clearance
○ TIN ID
○ Drivers License
○ SSS UMID
○ GSIS UMID
○ Current School ID with the student's address
○ Passport
○ Postal ID
○ PWD ID
○ Senior Citizen ID
○ Latest Barangay ID
○ PRC ID with additional attachment indicating the applicant's address
For those registering for the first time, transferring from another location or barangay, and reactivating their voting rights, here are the requirements, as per Comelec-Taguig:
1. A VALID ID with the current address of the registrant
2. If #1 is not available, obtain a barangay clearance or Barangay ID and a valid ID (anywhere addressed as long as it's valid)
3. If both #1 and #2 are not available, submit a barangay clearance or barangay ID and a Meralco or water bill along with an authorization letter and a photocopy of the ID of the person named on the bill.
For Correction of Entries:
* Change of Name and Birthday - Provide a photocopy of the Birth Certificate and a VALID ID with the current address of the registrant
* Change of Status - Provide a photocopy of the marriage contract for single to married status or a photocopy of CENOMAR for married to single status and a VALID ID with the current address of the registrant.
