The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rolled back on the first day of the new year, January 1, 2025.
Starting at 6:00 AM yesterday, Solane brand LPG saw a price decrease of P0.91 per kilogram. Meanwhile, Gasul's price dropped by P0.90 per kilogram as of 12:01 AM yesterday.

On the other hand, last Tuesday, December 31, 2024, petroleum companies also reduced the prices of gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.
A P0.30 rollback on the price of gasoline and diesel per liter was implemented last Tuesday, while the price of kerosene dropped by P0.90 per liter.

Department of Energy - Oil Industry Management Bureau Assistant Director Rodela Romero stated that this price reduction in petroleum products is the result of the expected excess supply of product in the market this 2025.
Last Tuesday, December 24, 2024, petroleum companies increased the price of gasoline by P0.50 per liter, diesel by P1.45 per liter, and kerosene by P0.75 per liter.
