The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a show-cause order to the registered owner and driver of the said vehicle, summoning him to the LTO Central Office in Quezon City on October 15, 2024.

A video shared on Taguig.com by a member shows the man, who appeared to be intoxicated, contravening traffic rules on a one-way street in BGC on September 23, 2024.

The man was only stopped when he was intercepted by a BGC traffic enforcer. He then made the excuse that he was merely following a navigation app and even dropped the name of a politician.

The man could face charges of Reckless Driving, Driving While Under the Influence of Liquor or Narcotic Drug, and being an Improper Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle, unless he can adequately explain why he should not be charged and have his license revoked.
