It was discovered that the culprit, a 25-year-old man, urinated at the corner of 7th Avenue and 26th Street in BGC, where the police station is situated.
The female officer reprimanded the man for public urination, however, he continued with his act and indecently exposed himself to her.
Passersby were scandalized by the man's actions.
The man's conduct was also captured on CCTV.
The man, who is currently detained at the Taguig City Police Station where he urinated, now faces charges of grave scandal and disobedience to a person of authority.
