The motorcycle rider, who fled the scene, was described by witnesses as wearing a t-shirt and shorts, and driving a blue motorcycle with visible front-end damage.
Traffic Management Office officer Arsega and the Taguig Rescue Ambulance responded immediately to the accident, rushing Esmael to the Taguig Pateros District Hospital.
Regrettably, the victim later succumbed to his head injuries.
Esmael's relative, Jonalyn Vargas, has made a plea for the perpetrator to come forward and take responsibility for their actions.
"We hope someone helps and brings the justice he deserves. We hope there's a good Samaritan out there who can help and identify his killer," Vargas expressed on her Facebook account.
