Alias Dan was served with an arrest warrant by personnel from the Taguig City Police and Makati City Police around 7:45 in the evening in Barangay Rizal.
Dan's case is Rape by Sexual Assault, a violation of Article 266-A Paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code, which was amended by Republic Act. 8353, and further amended by RA 11648.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Honorable Robert Victor Consunji Marcon, the Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Branch 3 of Makati City. The warrant is listed under Criminal No.R-MKT-24-00853-CR, and was issued on May 16, 2014.
The accused is now detained at the Southern Police District.
