Taguig City Police told Taguig.com that a concerned citizen named Carlos first saw the body, which was wrapped in packing tape, at about 10 am on October 29, 2023.
The remains have been taken to Loreto Funeral Homes on MLQ Street, near Camp Bagong Diwa, in Taguig.
The Scene of Crime Officer (SOCO) is currently investigating the body and trying to determine who may have dumped it in the creek.
