The suspect, known as Bryan, was apprehended at Sarembat St., Brgy. South Daang Hari, Taguig City, on the morning of November 28, precisely at 11:20 AM.
The warrant for Bryan's arrest was served by the Warrant and Subpoena Unit of the Taguig City Police Station, in line with Criminal Case Number 7593, for the crime of Qualified Rape. The warrant was issued on October 20, 2023, by Hon. Byron Gabbuat San Pedro, Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Branch 15 in Taguig City.
Pending further court directions, Bryan is currently being held in the Custodial Facility of the Taguig City Police Station.
