The mother of grade 12 student Melmar is seeking justice for what happened to her son on September 18, 2024. She recounts that he only told her he'd be home a bit late because he was going to have milk tea.

Melmar's lifeless body was found in the Tenement Housing parking lot around 7:30 PM on September 18, after he fell from the seventh floor.

In a Facebook post, his mother Marivic questions how her son ended up on the seventh floor of the building: "Why.. But why did you end up there? You said you were coming home, you'd just be late because you were having milk tea. But why, you surprised us all, son, that's why they're thinking you jumped..I don't believe it. I know and everybody who knows you, you couldn't do it."

Marivic believes that someone did something terrible to her son, a student at Western Bicutan National High School (WBNHS).

She says whoever harmed her son should have a troubled sleep. The pain is unbearable, she says, and they won't stop until they find out what truly happened to their son.

Marivic also mentioned that her son was looking forward to celebrating his birthday, buying parts for his bike, and taking his college entrance exam with his friend.

Meanwhile, Tahanan, Incorporated, the homeowners association of Tenement, anticipates the release of the investigation results to determine what really happened to the student.
