The 41-year-old rider, identified only by the alias 'Jonald', is the third most wanted person in Taguig City.

Jonald was apprehended in Barangay Calzada Tipas on January 6, 2025, under the authority of an arrest warrant issued by Assisting Judge Jonathan Honorato Del Mar Lock of the Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 267. The warrant was issued on December 13, 2024 for violation of Republic Act 6539, or the Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972.
A recommended bail of P300,000 has been set for his temporary release.
