Double gold Olympic medalist-gymnast Carlos Yulo has formally received his new residence in McKinley Hills township in Taguig City worth P32 million, a gift from Megaworld Corporation.

The three-bedroom fully-furnished condominium unit, designed to be one of the newest and most premier residential properties in McKinley Hill, also comes with a parking slot for a new Toyota Land Cruiser valued at P4.5 million, a gift to the champion athlete from Toyota Motors Corporation.

Yulo's 100 square-meter unit in McKinley Hill is fully-equipped with appliances, furniture, fixtures, and other necessities. He also received a P3 million cash reward from Megaworld.

Kevin L. Tan, son of tycoon Dr. Andrew L. Tan and CEO and president of Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI), and Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, president of Megaworld Corporation, presented the condo unit and check to the first Filipino athlete to win two gold medals at the Olympics.

One of the unique features in Yulo's unit is the custom-made nesting coffee table that resembles the gold medal the athlete won at the Paris Olympic Games.

Yulo's parking slot comes with its own Certificate of Title, located just in front of the elevator lobby of the condominium.

Upon the turnover of Yulo's condo unit, he also received lifetime free delivery service and exclusive food and equipment from the delivery app PICK.A.ROO.
