"These six core pillars includes prioritizing police officers' physical and mental well-being; tying officer health to efficient and sustainable law enforcement; building public trust by showcasing healthy officers and promoting community engagement; implementing economic strategies to minimize healthcare costs; creating a health-centric work environment to boost officer morale and support; and strengthening safety protocols for enhanced team and public safety," ayon kay Tamondong.
"The NCRPO will refresh and amplify its active participation in health management and physical fitness, not only focusing on lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and physical activity through the assimilation of appropriate weight management programs to attain normal BMI and also ensuring every member is aptly prepared for their challenging duties and responsibilities," dagdag pa ni Tamondong.
