Ang 61,761 na kuwadrado metrong lupain ay malapit sa Lawton Avenue, Chino Roces Extension at South Luzon Expressway sa Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Katabi ito ng New Senate Building na ginagawa sa may Chino Roces Extension, Barangay Fort Bonifacio. Malapit din sa Lawton station ng Metro Manila Subway Project ng Department of Transportation.
Gayundin, isang malaking proyektong imprastraktura para sa transportasyon ang gagawin sa lugar na tinatawag na Bonifacio South Main Boulevard.
