Batay sa LRA Administrative Order No. 2024-23, epektibo Enero 1, 2024, lahat ng transaksyon na may kinalaman sa Parcels 3 at 4, Psu-2031 na nakakasakop sa Fort Bonifacio o ang mga ari-ariang saklaw ng desisyon ng Korte Suprema noong Disyembre 1, 2021 (G.R. No. 235316) ay kailangang isagawa na ang mga transaksyon at mairehistro sa Registry of Deeds (RD) ng Taguig City.
Ang mga EMBO barangays na inilipat na sa hurisdiksyon ng Taguig ay ang Cembo, Comembo, East Rembo, Pembo, Pitogo, Post Proper Northside, Post Proper Southside, Rizal, South Cembo at West Rembo.
"RD Makati City is enjoined from exercising jurisdiction over the properties. RD Taguig City is instructed to handle and process all transactions involving properties covered by the SC Decision. For inquiries, visit the Registry of Deeds at the 8th floor of SM Aura Tower in BGC, Barangay Fort Bonifacio," ang nakasaad sa kautusan ng LRA.
Ang LRA ay isang ahensiya ng pamahalaan na nasa ilalim ng Department of Justice na responsible sa pagpapalabas ng mga kautusan kaugnay ng rehistrasyon at certificates of title at magrehistro ng mga dokumento, patent at iba pang transaksyon sa lupa.
