"In Taguig, we do more than just say we care for Persons with Disability. We take action and have tailored programs. I pray that this facility brings comfort and healing to those who will benefit from it. We dedicate this to a sector close to my heart and above all, for the greater glory of our Lord," Cayetano stated.
