The Philippine National Police (PNP) is calling for the removal of all posts on social media regarding the death of actor Ronaldo Valdez, particularly a crime scene video showing authorities collecting the actor from the incident's location.

The PNP has warned that anyone found sharing the crime scene video on social media could face charges under the Anti-Cybercrime Law. This follows their prosecution of three civilians who circulated the video.

The PNP is appealing to the public that if there are other videos related to Valdez's crime scene, they should not be passed around to avoid interfering with the ongoing investigation into Valdez's death and out of respect for his surviving family.

The PNP has also dismissed Police Senior Master Sergeant Wilfredo Calinao and Police Corporal Romel Rosales over their involvement in the circulation of the crime scene video, as well as the commander of Quezon City Police Station 11, Lieutenant Colonel Reynante Parlade, due to command responsibility.
