According to Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, spokesperson for the Philippine National Police (PNP), Police Executive Master Sergent Rosemarie Pascua was traumatized after seeing her husband, Police Lt. Col. Roderick Pascua, kill Police Executive Master Sergeant Emmanuel De Asis.

"The woman is somewhat traumatized, she is not talking to anyone. She was shocked and traumatized," Fajardo told the media.

Fajardo also mentioned that the suspect had ordered his wife to fetch a hacksaw to dismember the victim's body after shooting him.

The remains of the victim were buried on the suspect's land in Baguio City.

De Asis's killing took place in the Married Non-Officers' Quarter at the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) headquarters in Camp Bagong Diwa on November 28, after Pascua allegedly caught his wife and De Asis in an intimate act.

Fajardo stated that the Pascua couple is currently in restrictive custody.

Meanwhile, the Taguig City Police filed a murder complaint against Pascua at the Department of Justice last Friday.
