In addition to electing directors, including independent directors, the approval of a merger between DITO-CME Holdings Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Udenna Communications, Media and Entertainment Holdings, Inc., will be discussed.
The approval of share issuances in connection with equity offerings, private placements, top-up placements, or similar transactions to be determined by the Board of Directors will also be discussed.
