In a video shared by Bhadong Caldozo on MMDA's Facebook Page, an MMDA traffic enforcer can be seen being carried away by a speeding red car.
In another video on the same page, a seemingly motorcyclist is seen chasing the accelerating red Hyundai, claiming it as the vehicle that hit them and fled the scene.
Meanwhile, MMDA's assistant general manager for operations, David Angelo Vargas, said that they have already obtained the vehicle's plate number and are currently searching for its driver.

Once the fleeing driver is identified, the MMDA will file a case against him and will also recommend to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to revoke his driving license.
