A retired member of the Philippine Marines was arrested for pointing a gun during a road rage incident on Colonel Bravo Street, Signal Village, Taguig City on December 1, 2024.

According to the initial investigation conducted by the Taguig City Police, the suspect apparently blocked another vehicle and became annoyed when the driver honked the horn excessively.

Words were exchanged between the suspect and the victim until the suspect pointed his gun at the victim.
The incident was recorded by a cellphone of one of the victim's companions and the video was uploaded to social media.
This allowed the police to identify the suspect and make the arrest. A caliber 45 gun with seven bullets was confiscated from the man.
The said suspect has already been charged with grave threat and illegal possession of firearms by the Taguig City Police.
The man is currently detained at the Taguig City Police station.
