36-year-old Gerard Raymond Yu tested positive in a paraffin test, and his black Mercedes Benz, which had its plates changed, was found at his residence.
Authorities seized two .40 caliber guns and the black Mercedes Benz which had DAD 9670 and BCS 77 plates inside the car.
The seized Taurus .40 caliber gun from Yu's residence matched the bullet casings recovered from the crime scene.
According to police, the Toyota Innova with plate number NCV 542, driven by family driver Aniceto Mateo, 65, came from BGC, Taguig when he got into a traffic dispute with Yu along Kalayaan - Edsa.

Yu reportedly pursued Mateo up to the Ayala Tunnel, where he shot the driver, causing his death.
The bullet entered the back of Mateo's right shoulder and exited from the left side of his neck, resulting in his instant death.
Mateo's passenger, 47-year-old Marites Valmorio, and a child who were heading home to Ayala Alabang in Muntinlupa City, were unharmed.
In a press conference held by Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos, it was announced that the suspect will be charged with murder.
