The application process was launched on January 7, 2025. An application link and a QR code have been made available for new college entrants and those who have completed the Alternative Learning System (ALS) program and are now eligible to attend college.
Applicants must have been residents of Taguig City for at least three years prior to the application. Also, at least one of the applicant's parents must be a registered voter in Taguig City.
If the applicant is 18 years old or older, they must be a registered voter in Taguig City. The applicant must also currently be enrolled or have graduated from a public or senior high school in Taguig City or adjacent local government units in Metro Manila.

Prepare the required items such as two sets of brown envelopes. The first envelope should contain all copied requirements and the second envelope should contain the original copies for verification.
