The Taguig Science High School, Senator Renato "Compañero" Cayetano Memorial Science and Technology High School, and Pitogo High School were victorious in different categories at the Summer Robot Games International Open and Youth Robotics Convention 2024, which took place at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, on July 11 and 12.

John Benedict Natividad and Zaira Rose Borja from Taguig Science High School emerged as champions in the Sumobot 5 kilogram - Autonomous Open Category.

From the same school, Zoe Rizlyn Borja and Zachary Reilley Borja claimed the 1st runner-up spot in the Sumobot 5 kilogram RC Open Category.

In the Innovative Category - Junior, Zaira Rose Borja and Zoe Rizlyn Borja secured the 1st runner-up position.

Meanwhile, Anastasia Freyja Gabrille Cabugon and Niciel Joy S. Tolentino clinched the 3rd runner-up spot in both the Sumobot 5kg RC - Open Category and the Innovative Category - Junior division.

Mateo Enrique Dizon and Xaniel Mikrej Lim were 2nd runner-up in the Innovative Category - Junior division.

In the IBeam Line Tracing - Junior category, Mateo Enrique Dizon was the 3rd runner-up, while another Taguig Science High School representative, Xaniel Mikrej Lim, triumphed.

In the meantime, George Lean Tizon from Senator Renato "Compañero" Cayetano Memorial Science and Technology High School became champion in the Innovation Category - Senior division.

Tizon and his classmate Gilleene Jazz Luyun attained 1st runner-up position in the Mission Challenge.

The group composed of George Angelo Tizon, Carl Angelo Osias, Gilleene Jazz Luyun, and Gillian Bren Luyun were 1st runner-up in the Incredible Machine.

Gilleene Jazz Luyun and Gillian Bren Luyun also won the 1st runner-up spot in the Innovative Category - Senior division.

The 2nd runner-up in the Innovative Category- Junior division award went to Hannah Regaspi and Alyssa Zoey Samonte.

James Nathaniel Isagon and Guinevere Celis were the 2nd runner-up in the Mission Challenge, with James Nathaniel Isagon also earning 3rd runner-up in the IBeam Line Tracing - Senior division.

Representatives from Pitogo High School, Rose Nelyn Andalajao and John Andrei Cabebe, clinched the champion title in the Mission Challenge.

Students from RP Cruz Elementary School also brought home honors.

Among them were Japeth MCFrey Ochoa and Celestine Alexa Sadsad who were the 2nd runner-up in the 1kg Basic Sumobot - Junior division.

Finally, Amity Chloe Foronda secured the 3rd runner-up spot in the 1kg Basic Sumobot- Junior division and Marcus Renz Esporlas was the 3rd runner-up in the iBeam Line Tracing - Junior division.
