Police Brigadier General Anthony A. Aberin has formally assumed the role of acting regional police director of the NCRPO, following the reassignment of Police Major General Sidney Hernia as chief of the Southern Luzon Area Police Command.
"We must be seen and felt by the public. Our attentiveness to the needs of our community will make them feel that they are our utmost priority, which further promotes trust and confidence, and readiness to respond to any eventuality that may arise," said Aberin in his statement during his formal installation to the position in a ceremony at the NCRPO Hinirang Hall in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City yesterday, November 25.
Prior to his appointment at NCRPO, Aberin was the director of the Police Regional Office 7.
"Everyone must be an able, active, and allied police officer," Aberin added, stating that police officers should embody the Triple A concept.
