According to the latest data from the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Administration (PAGASA), Typhoon Bebinca is currently situated 1,725 kilometers east of the northernmost tip of Luzon.
It carries winds of 95 kilometers per hour near its center, with gusts reaching up to 115 kilometers per hour. The typhoon is moving northwest at a rate of 25 kilometers per hour.
Specific areas affected by the rainfall include Mindanao, the Visayas, and even Palawan.
Typhoon Bebinca is expected to enter the PAR and be renamed Ferdie by this Friday afternoon. It is predicted to exit the PAR late Friday night or early Saturday morning.
Throughout Bebinca's journey across the country, PAGASA has stated that it will maintain a considerable distance from land.
