According to the latest monitoring by PAGASA, Bebinca or Ferdie is currently located 1,975 kilometers east of Central Luzon, still outside of PAR. The storm's wind strength is clocked at 95 kilometers per hour, with gusts reaching up to 115 kilometers per hour.

The storm poses a minimal chance of landfall, but it is expected to enhance the southwest monsoon. Unfavorable weather conditions are currently being experienced in Eastern Visayas, Bicol, and Caraga. Rainfall will also affect Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa. Heavy rainfall is also expected in the northern and western parts of Mindanao.

The Department of Agriculture has reminded farmers to harvest crops ready for harvesting, and to securely store seed reserves. They have also advised to move farming equipment and animals to higher ground.

It is also necessary to ensure that relocated animals have adequate food and water stored. Irrigation systems and fields should be cleared of obstructions.
