Students from West Rembo Elementary School will represent the Philippines in the upcoming VEX International Robotics Competition in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Team A of West Rembo Elementary School, composed of Zyric Abines, Andrew Lejarso, Cassandra Elyze Cruz, and Rio Pauline Dames, secured the championship title, with the help of their trainers Richard Abines and Gerry Sabangan, during the Philippine VEX Robotics Competition National Championship held at Xavier School in San Juan City last February 17, 2024.

Meanwhile, Pitogo High School Team A emerged as the Team Work Challenge Champion and also claimed second place in the Robotic Skills Challenge.

Team A is composed of Princess Chloe Ferrer, John Andrei Cabebe, Eduard Lohan Talosig, and Ericson Michael Gida II, trained by Florante Ferrer and Roy Cabebe.

Team B of Pitogo High School secured the second place in the Team Work Challenge and the third position in the Robotics Skills Challenge.

Team B includes Maria Kasandra Dave Baltazar, Jay Marc Altair Furigay, Jezzie Deed Froy Plaza, and John Cyril Esmas, under the guidance of Florante Ferrer and Roy Cabebe.

In addition, Makati Science High School Team A clinched the second position in the Team Work Challenge. Members include Reign Aljean Somera, Zander Michael Reyes, Alonso John Abanto, Rafael Padayao, Cielo Yvonne Sawit, and Mary Love Cruto.

Makati Science High School's Team B obtained the third position in the Team Work Challenge, with members Sandrinne Christina Pacifico, Yvan Angelo Arabit, Angelo Ermino, and Prinz Marquez.

They also received the special Innovate Award and Judges' Award, under the mentorship of Eman Vidallo.
